Marcella is a Solicitor in the Dispute Resolution team with over 25 years’ experience. She has a broad practice advising on civil and commercial disputes, and regularly represents clients in the High Court, County Court and the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber).

Her areas of expertise include property disputes (including TOLATA claims), residential and commercial landlord and tenant matters, contentious probate, and insolvency.

Marcella is known for her calm and professional approach, and for providing clear, pragmatic advice. She adopts a style suited to the needs of the matter, whether robust or more commercially focused, with a consistent emphasis on protecting her clients’ interests.

She also enjoys mentoring and developing colleagues.

Outside of work, Marcella is a fitness enthusiast and enjoys running, cycling and going to the gym.
